FIC Global Unit and Cape EMS Sign Johor Manufacturing Cooperation Agreement
FIC Global said its subsidiary PRO3C signed a cooperation memorandum and a conditional preference-share subscription agreement with Cape EMS on October 16. PRO3C's Johor facility operates eight SMT lines and plans to expand to 18 by the end of 2027, subject to demand and operational needs. Cape EMS is a prospective local support partner, not a joint-venture owner of PRO3C.
